This policy applies to all purchases of digital courses and educational products from AIPaths Academy. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the course during that period, you can request a full refund subject to the following conditions:
Send an email to support@aipaths.academy with the subject "Refund", indicating your purchase email, the approximate date, and a brief description of the reason. Providing a reason is not mandatory, but your feedback helps us improve.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment processor (Stripe or MercadoPago).
