Refund Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all purchases of digital courses and educational products from AIPaths Academy. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.

2. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the course during that period, you can request a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • You must have consumed less than 30% of the course content at the time of the refund request.
  • The request must be sent by email to support@aipaths.academy with the subject "Refund" and must include the purchase email address.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@aipaths.academy with the subject "Refund", indicating your purchase email, the approximate date, and a brief description of the reason. Providing a reason is not mandatory, but your feedback helps us improve.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment processor (Stripe or MercadoPago).

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
  • Accounts with more than 30% of the course content consumed at the time of the request.
